• Availability of vehicles may vary depending on demand, location, and traffic conditions.
2. Bookings
• Bookings can be made via phone at 0434 931 648 or through our online platform.
• We recommend booking your Melbourne airport taxi in advance to avoid delays.
• While we strive to be punctual, external factors such as traffic or weather may occasionally impact arrival times.
3. Fares and Payments
• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type (e.g., standard or silver taxi).
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, airport pickups, or late-night services.
• Payment can be made in cash or via approved electronic methods at the end of the trip.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Melbourne South Eastern Taxi is not liable for items lost or left behind in the vehicle.
• Please inform the driver immediately if an item is lost so we can assist in recovering it.
7. Liability
• We are committed to providing a safe and professional taxi service.
• However, Melbourne South Eastern Taxi shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, delays, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic, breakdowns, or road closures.
8. Safety and Cleanliness
• All vehicles are regularly cleaned and inspected for safety.
• Our drivers are professionally trained and fully licensed.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
